Refund Policy:
Cancellation of Service orders: For cancellation of puja services or any other services which was ordered (as per organized schedule selected by customer) the following refund policy is approved
>72 hrs before Puja(100% refund – Transaction fees)
other : No amount is approved for refund due to all bookings already being in place.
devpuja.in will deduct the transactional charges mentioned on the invoice from the refund amount before initiating it.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are allowed up to 72 hrs before the scheduled appointment. Cancellation request has to be sent via email with appointment details to info@devpuja.in. A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within 2 working days and fees refunded within 12 working days, subject to this Refund Policy.
